Robinhood built a company on the idea that markets should be open to everyone. Not just institutions. Not just those born into the right zip code. Everyone.
Robinhood Chain is where that idea goes onchain.
It is a permissionless, Ethereum-compatible Layer 2 built for real-world assets — a chain where USDG, tokenized stock exposure, ETF markets, and future financial instruments are meant to live, trade, and compose into open applications. It is Robinhood's infrastructure layer for the next version of markets.
Orvex is launching to help those markets form.
Assets alone don't create markets
Robinhood Chain will bring real-world assets onchain. But a tokenized asset sitting on a chain is not a market. It is a file.
Markets need liquidity. Liquidity needs coordination. RWA-native assets — USDG, stock tokens, ETF exposure — need trusted routes, market depth, and focused incentives to become genuinely usable.
That is the gap Orvex fills.
Orvex is the liquidity coordination layer for Robinhood Chain's RWA economy.
Not another swap venue. Not a generic pool list. A focused market layer that starts narrow and goes deep — coordinating the first meaningful liquidity markets on Robinhood Chain before expanding where demand, partners, and liquidity operators justify it.
Genesis Markets
Orvex launches with a curated set of Genesis Markets: the first liquidity routes on Robinhood Chain, built around USDG and the canonical RWA assets on the network.
The initial Genesis Markets:
- WETH / USDG — the core route into the Robinhood Chain economy
- USDG / SGOV — stable and treasury-native liquidity
- USDG / SPY — broad tokenized equity exposure
- USDG / QQQ — tech-weighted ETF market
- USDG / NVDA — high-demand single-stock exposure
- USDG / AAPL — flagship stock-token liquidity
- USDG / TSLA — high-velocity stock-token market
These are not random pairs. Each one is a route the Robinhood Chain economy actually needs. USDG as the stable anchor. Stock tokens and ETF exposure as the RWA markets forming around it. WETH as the bridge into and out of the broader EVM world.
The goal: make these markets deep, reliable, and composable before adding anything else.
What we are building
Orvex coordinates liquidity across these markets through a layered system:
Concentrated liquidity lets liquidity operators place capital in targeted price ranges instead of spreading it across an entire curve. More depth where trades actually happen. Less idle capital.
Smart routing evaluates available paths across markets and selects the best execution for each swap — after fees and price impact.
veORVX governance gives lockers a direct stake in which markets deepen and which do not. Vote weekly to direct emissions. Earn 100% of trading fees from the markets you support.
Protocol incentives give projects a permissionless path to attract liquidity. Compete for gauge weight. Add external incentives. Build market depth transparently.
The flywheel: trades create fees, fees reward voters, voters direct emissions, emissions attract liquidity operators, deeper markets improve execution, better execution drives more volume.
For liquidity operators
Liquidity Operators are the early participants who build Robinhood Chain's first RWA-native markets.
Provide liquidity to Genesis Markets. Stake into gauges. Earn oORVX emissions. Help USDG routes, stock-token markets, and ETF exposure build the depth they need to become reliable infrastructure.
The early liquidity operators who build these markets before ORVX goes live will have shaped what Robinhood Chain's liquidity looks like — and the Genesis Points system will reflect that.
Why RWA markets need this
Most chains launch without a dedicated liquidity layer. Tokens arrive, DEXes appear, and liquidity fragments across venues with no coordination.
Robinhood Chain is different in what it carries: real-world assets, stock-token exposure, financial infrastructure. These markets have higher expectations. Traders expecting to swap USDG for tokenized equity exposure need reliable routes and real depth. Impermanent scatter across random pools is not enough.
Orvex exists to concentrate that liquidity where it matters, coordinate incentives around the markets that have demand, and give Robinhood Chain's RWA economy a real market layer to build from.

Stock tokens represent tokenized exposure. Always verify canonical token addresses and understand the asset's terms before trading.
